First pattern, dating from 1942. Typical A Raven & Co example with front seam. Half zip Lightning original zipper with extra custom press studs on front portion of material covering half zip, knitted cuffs, tail which has been re sewn, size 6. Later pattern with all steel shell and webbing chinstrap. 1944 dated, size 7 3/8. Original finish to outer which is a rare find these days as many are post war repainted. One minor dent to top.
