WW2 6th Battalion Parachute Regiment Group

Formerly the property of 1103198 Cpl Fred Dix served originally in the Royal Artillery from 1940 and later volunteered for the Airborne Forces. Saw active service in Africa, Italy, Greece and Palestine. He was PIAT gunner in S Coy, 6th Battalion Parachute Regiment, 2nd Independent Parachute Brigade.

Items include rare Union Flag brassard, printed Pegasus formation signs and Airborne strip, parachute qualification wing, voided pattern AAC cap badge, invasion currency and various sweetheart badges. More images available on request.
