WW2 Battle of Britain 1933 Pattern Flying Gloves
Gauntlets, Flying, 1933 Pattern. Stores reference 22c/264/270.
Perfect matching pair of brown leather flying gloves, worn together. The leather is supple and undamaged. The colour match is very interesting in that a combination of light and darker leather has been used making a very attractive pair of gloves. Original brass Lightning zips minus their leather pull tabs. Air Ministry Kings Crown and AID stamps and 1940 dates.
If these weren't already the best pair I've seen, the interior of both gloves is marked 1227155 Sgt F W DeLancey. I have not researched this individual yet but I will leave that to the buyer.
