WW2 Airborne Troops Steel Helmet

One of the best examples of the all steel pattern I’ve ever seen! BMB made, 1943 dated, size 7 3/8, supple leather chinstraps, intact crash pad, original paint and helmet net. Showing a nice balance between being used and in very good condition. One of the rear bolts has been reversed (a long time ago) when the chinstrap was adjusted. This is quite conmonly seen as the reversed bolt acts as an anchor for the helmet net. I have more images available on request. Perfect for your Normandy or Arnhem impression.
